Texas Divorce Attorneys and Family Laws
Our firm handles divorces in the Houston area, including Galveston and Brazoria County. There are many important factors to consider when you are planning to get a divorce. A few such factors to consider include whether your Texas divorce will be contested or uncontested, whether there are children involved, child support and custody considerations, whether there is a complicated property division, how to divide one's retirement benefits, and any restraining or protective order situations.
Our firm's goal is to always try and resolve a divorce conflict as economically as possible for the client, as we understand that a divorce can be a tough financial time in one's life. However, we are ready to take on any battle which may come your way to preserve your rights with respect to your children and your property. On uncontested cases, we can provide a flat fee quote. On contested cases, a retainer is required and fees are billed on a hourly basis.
Please call for more information or contact us by email.
